MARKET RELEASE 07 December 2017 Jason Paris resigns from position as Spark CEO Home, Mobile & Business; will leave business in early 2018. Spark announced today that Jason Paris, CEO of Spark's Home, Mobile & Business division, will leave the business early next year to take up a leadership position with a large global business, based offshore. Jason was appointed as CEO of Home, Mobile & Business in mid-2015, after holding various leadership positions since he joined Spark in 2011. Spark Managing Director Simon Moutter says Jason is an extremely talented executive who embraces and shapes market trends and puts the customer at the heart of the company's products and services. "In the six years Jason has been with Spark, we've seen an extraordinary improvement in market performance, particularly in mobile. Jason was also a pivotal player in the successful rebrand from Telecom to Spark and has more recently been a driving force in building a better digital experience for our customers. "We are obviously very sad to see Jason go, but thank him for everything he's done and wish him all the best with his next career move." -ENDS- For media queries, please contact: Lucy Fullarton Senior Communications Partner +64 (0) 21 070 6197 For investor relations queries, please contact: Dean Werder General Manager Finance and Business Performance +64 (0) 27 259 7176 End CA:00311507 For:SPK Type:GENERAL Time:2017-12-07 08:30:05
