TIL Logistics Group Limited (NZX:TLL) advises that, following completion of its acquisition of the transport and logistics business of Transport Investments Limited and related transactions yesterday, the change of its name and NZX ticker code from Bethunes Investments Limited (NZX:BIL) to TIL Logistics Group Limited (NZX:TLL) has become effective.
