TLL: Comment on Bid/Ask Share Price Spread

TIL Logistics Group Limited (NZX:TLL) notes that there is a wide bid-ask spread in TLL's shares, following the successful completion this week of TLL's acquisition of the Transport Investments Limited business and a $11.51 million private placement to part fund that acquisition. As previously announced to market, all of the shares issued as part of the acquisition and the private placement, comprising 99.4% of the TLL shares on issue (after issue), were issued at a price of $1.50 per share.
