Appointment of new Director

15 December 2017 Appointment of Director - NZX Listing Rule 10.6.1(d) The Board of T&G Global Limited (T&G) is pleased to announce the appointment of a new Director, Mr Ralf Tobias Priske. Mr Priske started working for T&G's parent company BayWa AG in 1998 as member of the legal department providing advice to all different branches of the company and had a leading role in the acquisition of the majority of the shares of T&G by BayWa in 2012. From 2013 to 2015 he worked for the renewable energy sector of the BayWa Group as Deputy Legal Counsel focusing on establishing the renewable energy business in the USA. In July 2015 Mr Priske was appointed as BayWa's Company Secretary and lives in Rosenheim near Munich, Germany. The Board has determined that Ralf Tobias Priske is not an independent director for the purposes of Listing Rule 3.3.3.
