Investore Property Limited-Special Meeting of Shareholders

On 13 November 2017, Investore Property Limited ('Investore') announced that it had entered into an agreement with Stride Property Limited ('Stride') for the purchase of three Bunnings properties located in Hamilton, Palmerston North and Taupo for $78.5 million (excluding GST) ('Bunnings Transaction'). The Bunnings Transaction is a 'Material Transaction' for the purposes of the related party rules of the NZX Main Board Listing Rules and therefore subject to shareholder approval. A Special Meeting of Shareholders will be held to consider the Bunnings Transaction on Thursday 8 February 2018, at 10.30am, in the Quarterdeck Room, Royal Yacht Squadron, 181 Westhaven Marina, Auckland, New Zealand.
