Second Instalment Received From LIDA

21 December 2017 TRS: Market Update on Transaction On 11 December 2017 TRS Investments Limited (NZX: TRS) announced that TRS had entered into a term sheet with Shenyang LIDA Agricultural Science and Technology Group Limited ("LIDA") of China. This update is to inform the market that TRS has received a second instalment of NZ$40,000 today. A total of NZ$80,000 has now been received from LIDA since the signing of the term sheet including the first instalment. The instalments are designed to pay for the costs of the transaction as the transaction progresses. The second instalment will allow TRS to move forward to the next step of the transaction which is the drafting of a share purchase agreement. Further details will be released to the market as the transaction progresses.
