Mykco Limited (MYK) the NZAX listed shell has appointed two additional Directors: Mr. Simon McArley, a New Zealand based solicitor who specializes in corporate governance and risk management. Mr. Graeme Brown, a New Zealand citizen based in Singapore. Mr. Brown is an investor and Director in a wide range of companies in Asia and Australasia.
