AFC Group Holdings Limited – Exercise of Warrants

AFC had announced a warrant issue to all shareholders at 5.00pm on 15 April 2015. The warrants were issued on a 1:1 basis at an exercise price of 0.2cps. to be paid on or before the 31 December 2017. The Directors announce that no Shares will be issued for the Warrants that have been exercised, due to the aggregate Exercise Price of those Warrants is less than $5,000 (Threshold). The Warrants were not exercised by 31 December 2017 have lapsed. The AFCWA have now closed and redeemed all warrant holders to zero.
