FBU statement regarding NZX Regulation Investigation

Auckland, January 18 2018: Fletcher Building welcomes the findings of the NZX Regulation investigation, announced today, into whether the Company breached NZX main board listing rule 10.1.1. NZX Regulation has determined that the Company did not breach its continuous disclosure obligations in relation to the March and July 2017 forecast earnings downgrades.
