In the period from the last disclosure, as part of normal on-market trading activity under discretionary investment mandates, Harbour Asset Management Limited purchased 4,688,068 PEB shares for a gross consideration of $1,752,429 and did not sell any PEB shares. As a result of these transactions, Harbour Asset Management Limited has, at the date of this notice, a relevant interest in 67,836,058 (14.547%) PEB shares. In the period from the last disclosure, as part of normal on-market trading First NZ Capital Securities Limited purchased 715,541 PEB shares for a gross consideration of $273,593 and sold 679,974 PEB shares for a gross consideration of $259,743. As a result of these transactions, First NZ Capital Securities Limited has, at the date of this notice, a relevant interest in 120,000 (0.026%) PEB shares.
