AFC Group Holdings Limited (AFC) discussions with FMA

AFC had advised the market on 8 August that it had received a letter from the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) enquiring into statements made by the Company's Auditors in their Audit Report. AFC has had a number of interactions with the FMA. At this stage, FMA will not make any further comments or enquires. AFC will engage with the FMA on any matters and information of interest in respect to the compliance with the FMCA and/or the auditor's report. AFC will also continue engaging with its auditors in a timely matter to ensure any issues are dealt with.
