The movement of 1% occurred as a result of a number of actions taken since the last notice. It was only the last action that caused the movement to exceed 1% of the issued capital. In December 2016 the Aratas Investment Trust took up its entitlement to 4,051,847 shares as part of a 1 for 10 cash issue to all shareholders, and a further 368,754 shares by way of an over subscription to that issue. On market purchases between 17 June 2016 and 4 December 2017 by Mr. Johnson in his own name resulted in the addition of 4,335,926 shares. In January 2018 Mr. Johnson, in his own name, was allotted 7,500,000 shares as a result of participating in a placement of shares by the company.
