At the Special Meeting of Shareholders for Investore Property Limited held today, the resolution to consider the proposed purchase of three Bunnings properties located in Hamilton, Palmerston North and Rotorua for $78.5 million from Stride Property Limited ('Bunnings Transaction'), was decided by poll.
