Investore Property Limited – FY18 Third Quarter Dividend

Investore Property Limited (Investore) has today announced a cash dividend for the third quarter (1 October 2017 to 31 December 2017) of the financial year ending 31 March 2018 (FY18) of 1.86 cents per share to be paid on 23 March 2018 to all shareholders on the register at the close of business on 15 March 2018 (i.e. the record date). This dividend will carry imputation credits of 0.5326 cents per share. A supplementary dividend of 0.2417 cents per share will be paid to non-resident shareholders. The Board confirms guidance for an annual cash dividend of 7.46 cents per share to shareholders for FY18.
