Resignation of Chief Executive Officer

The CEO of Marsden Maritime Holdings Limited (MMH) Mr Graham Wallace has advised the Board of his intention to leave the Company as of 31 March 2018. The Chairman of MMH, Sir John Goulter said, "Graham has held the position of CEO for nearly six years and has played a pivotal role in seeing the Company expand and develop during the period of his tenure." Mr Wallace had been associated with MMH as a consultant prior to his appointment as CEO, and Sir John stated, "The Board thanks Graham for his contribution and wishes him well for the future."
