CFO Appointment

15 March 2018 NZX/ASX Code: EBO CFO Appointment EBOS Group Limited is pleased to advise of the appointment of Mr Shaun Hughes as Chief Financial Officer, effective 1 June 2018. This appointment follows the transition of John Cullity from the role of Chief Financial Officer to Chief Executive Officer, effective 31 March 2018. Incoming Chief Executive Officer, Mr John Cullity said he was delighted to be appointing such a high calibre and experienced executive. "Shaun has a wide variety of experience in finance, M&A and operations and his skills will be a very valuable addition to the Group's Executive team. We look forward to Shaun joining the Group and continuing to drive the Company's strategic growth initiatives." Shaun has held a wide variety of senior management roles in both Australian listed and Asian-based corporates, most recently as Telstra's Chief Procurement Officer and Executive Director Supply Chain. Prior to this, Shaun was Telstra's Executive Director Finance, Global Enterprise and Services. Before joining Telstra he held senior finance roles at Elders Limited and IBM's Global Business Services in Japan. Shaun holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Arts degrees from the University of Auckland. He is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
