20/03/2018, 11:40 NZDT, GENERAL

EROAD responds to lifting of name suppression Transport technology services company EROAD says it supports the lifting of name suppression obtained by the FMA against Hamish Sansom. Chief executive Steven Newman says we are disappointed in the alleged behaviour of Mr Sansom. Mr Sansom was an employee of EROAD between 30 September 2013 to 3 April 2015. Mr Sansom was not employed by EROAD at the time that the alleged offending occurred in September 2015. "EROAD fully supports the FMA's action and EROAD has fully co-operated with the investigation into the insider trading allegations. EROAD's conduct was not part of the FMA's investigation" he said. As the matter is still before the Courts EROAD will be making no further comments at this time.
