Vista Group to sell direct in France

MARKET ANNOUNCEMENT 23 March 2018, Vista Group International Ltd, Auckland, New Zealand Vista Group to sell direct in France Vista Group company Vista Entertainment Solutions Ltd (Vista Entertainment), and Cote Cine Group (CCG) have agreed to terminate the French market distribution agreement between the parties outlined in the Market Announcements dated 15 April 2015 and 22 May 2015. Vista Entertainment has decided to address France directly, building on its sales and delivery capabilities to take advantage of the opportunities this significant cinema market offers. This commitment to the French market will enable Vista Group to better promote the Group's products and win additional customers in Europe's second largest cinema market. Customers of CCG that have already transitioned to either Vista Cinema or Veezi will now be direct customers of Vista Entertainment. "We entered the arrangement with CCG to access their existing customer base and win new customers through our combined sales efforts. The results over recent times have not reached either parties expectations and so we have agreed with CCG to terminate the relationship so that we can each pursue our own goals in the marketplace" says Kimbal Riley the CEO of Vista Entertainment.
