Investore Property Limited ('Investore') is pleased to announce that: o the sale of its Gorge Road (Queenstown) property for $11,100,000, as announced to the market on 26 January, settled earlier this week; and o the sale of its Hornby (Christchurch) property for $21,500,000, as announced to the market on 2 March, settled today, 23 March 2018.
