The trading halt was placed at pre market open this morning. FBU and FBI have sought this trading halt while FBU undertakes an accelerated offer of ordinary shares to institutional shareholders and an institutional bookbuild. The outcome of this entitlement offer and bookbuild is expected to be released prior to market open on Friday 20 April 2018.
