Changes to LIC’s senior leadership team

Market statement 18 April 2018 Changes to LIC's senior leadership team Livestock Improvement Corporation (NZX: LIC) (LIC) announces changes in responsibilities within its senior leadership team: o David Chin, currently Chief Transformation Officer, will take up the role of acting General Manager (GM) Biological Systems, reporting to the Chief Executive (CE). o Richard Spelman, who has been covering the acting GM role since May 2017, will return to the role of Chief Scientist, reporting to the CE. o Bevin Harris, who has been acting Chief Scientist since May 2017, will return to the role of Science Leader, reporting to the Chief Scientist.
