Mr Waller was appointed a Director at the time he was CEO for EBOS Ltd and sharing his experience has been very beneficial. Mr Waller's retirement as a Director of Scott Technology follows his retirement as CEO of EBOS Ltd. Mr Waller waited to see through recent acquisitions and the transition brought about by the introduction of a major shareholder following the successful capital raising in 2016.
