Final Dividend – 2017 Financial Year

1 May 2018 FINAL DIVIDEND - 2017 FINANCIAL YEAR Diversified listed agribusiness Scales Corporation Limited (NZX:SCL) has declared a fully imputed final dividend for the 2017 Financial Year of 9.0c per share. Taking into account the 9.0c interim dividend paid in January 2018, dividends for the 2017 year total 18.0c per share, representing 78% of underlying net profit after tax. The final dividend is payable on 6 July 2018, with a record date of 27 June 2018. Directors' comment Scales' directors remain positive with regard to 2018 financial performance, with all three divisions (Horticulture, Storage & Logistics and Food Ingredients) trading well during the first quarter of 2018 and including this year's apple harvest.
