Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Tuesday, 22 May 2018 Subject: Steel & Tube Holdings Limited ("STU") - Trading Halt of Securities Message: NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that, at the request of the company, it has placed a trading halt on Steel & Tube Holdings Limited ("STU") Ordinary Shares at pre-market open today. The halt is to allow for STU's board to complete a review of the company's financial performance year to date and consider certain other factors that are likely to impact on earnings guidance previously provided to the market. An announcement regarding revised earnings guidance for the 2018 financial year is expected to be made prior to the NZX exchange opening on Wednesday 23 May 2018. The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the announcement by STU, or market open on Wednesday 23 May 2018.
