Results of Annual Meeting held on 24th May 2018: Ordinary Business: 1. Financial Statements: The Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 28 January 2018 were received. 2. Re-election of Directors: Mary Devine was re-elected as a director. Dame Rosanne Meo was re-elected as a director. 3. Re-appointment of Auditors: The re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditors was recorded and the Board was authorised to fix their remuneration for the ensuing year. All resolutions were passed by a show of hands.
