As the dominant owner, we intend to promptly exercise our right to compulsorily acquire all the outstanding shares in CGL in accordance with the process set out in the Code. The Code requires us to send you an acquisition notice setting out the details (including price) of the compulsory acquisition process. We must send this to you no later than 30 June 2018, but we anticipate it being sent to you well before then.
