Mercury completes share buyback programme

1 June 2018 - Mercury NZ Limited announced on 2 May 2018 that it would undertake an on-market share buyback programme to purchase up to 20 million ordinary shares for an aggregate purchase price of up to $50 million. Mercury has now completed that on-market share buyback programme. Mercury acquired 15,592,313 of its ordinary shares under the programme for total consideration of NZ$50 million or NZ$3.20671 per share.
