6 June 2018 EROAD Limited advises that Chief Financial Officer Jason Dale has resigned to take up the role as Chief Financial Officer of New Zealand Steel Limited. EROAD CEO Steven Newman commented: "On behalf of the team at EROAD, I would like to thank Jason for his enormous contribution and commitment to the business." "During his time at EROAD Jason has been a valued member of the executive team. We wish him all the best for his future role." Mr Dale's resignation is effective 27 July 2018.
