Results of annual meeting

The annual meeting of Kiwi Property shareholders was held in Auckland today. The outcome of voting on the four resolutions put to the meeting is as follows: Resolution 1. That Mike Steur be re-elected as a director of the Company. FOR: 764,246,584 (100.00%) AGAINST: 3,739 (0.00%) 2. That Jane Freeman be re-elected as a director of the Company. FOR: 762,633,389 (99.79%) AGAINST: 1,611,159 (0.21%) 3. That Mark Powell be elected as a director of the Company. FOR: 762,853,605 (99.82%) AGAINST: 1,349,523 (0.18%) 4. That the directors be authorised to fix the auditor's remuneration.
