MOA Share Purchase Plan Details

Moa Group Limited [MOA] has finalised the details of its share purchase plan. Up to $15,000 of new Moa shares are being offered to those shareholders with a registered address in New Zealand or Australia at 5pm on Friday 8 June 2018. The scheduled closing time is 5pm on 6 July 2018, with new shares scheduled to be issued on 13 July 2018. The issue price of the new shares will be the lesser of NZ 51.32 cents per share (the same price as the recent $1.92m placement), and the 5-day volume weighted average share price as at the closing date.
