CHOW GROUP PROFIT ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE NZX (UNAUDITED) Chow Group Ltd (CGL) released its unaudited results to 31 March 2018 today. Key Highlights are: o Profit After Tax $799,555 o Total Assets $17,891,897 Important Points o Increase in Investment Property valuation of $340,000 (+2.1%) Comment: Mr John Chow, Chairman of Chow Group Ltd. said, "We are pleased to announce an unaudited profit after tax of $800k representing a strong second full year of trading with ongoing positive cashflows from operating activities. As per recent disclosures to the NZX the company is in the process of being delisted, however the Board is mindful of and will continue to meet reporting obligations to shareholders in the interim.
