15 June 2018 Issue of shares to NZX Limited's employees NZX Limited advises that it has issued $1,000 worth of ordinary shares (gross) in the company to each of its current New Zealand employees in accordance with NZX Main Board Listing Rule 7.3.6. The share issue will encourage staff engagement and shareholder alignment. It also reflects the significant work undertaken by all employees in respect of the strategy and culture NZX is creating.
