BNZ announces change to Executive Team

Exchange announcement 15 June 2018 BNZ announces change to Executive Team BNZ announced today that its Chief Risk Officer, Mr Peter Whitelaw, will be leaving BNZ and that Mr Sam Perkins has been appointed as its new Chief Risk Officer, effective 16 July 2018, subject to Reserve Bank of New Zealand non-objection. Mr Whitelaw will be overseas from 23 June 2018 returning to Australia to become Chief Risk Officer for National Australia Bank Limited's Corporate and Institutional Banking Division with effect from 6 August 2018. From 22 June 2018, Mr Matthew Cullum (currently, BNZ's Chief Operating Officer - Risk) will be the acting Chief Risk Officer until Mr Perkins' appointment becomes effective. BNZ's Chief Executive Officer, Ms Angela Mentis, acknowledged the significant contribution Mr Whitelaw had made to BNZ both as Chief Risk Officer and as a member of the Executive Team since joining BNZ in November 2014.
