15 June 2018 Appointment of Nelson Liu as an Alternate Director The Board of Scales Corporation Limited is pleased to advise the appointment of Nelson Liu as an alternate director to Weiyong Wang. Nelson replaces Carol Chen, who has served as an alternate director for Weiyong Wang following her appointment on 23 November 2017. Nelson is the Overseas Operations Officer of China Merchants Port Holdings Company Limited, a Hong Kong listed company primarily involved in the investment in, and management of, ports and terminals worldwide. He is also a director of the Port of Newcastle, Australia. Nelson has more than 20 years' experience in both port and logistics businesses, and has an MBA from the Roosevelt University, USA. This appointment ensures that China Resources Ng Fung Limited will continue to be represented at the maximum number of Scales' Board meetings and will assist with the further development of opportunities in China.
