Dividend reinvestment plan strike price set at $1.3616

Kiwi Property advises that the price for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) operating in respect of the final dividend payable on Thursday, 21 June 2018 is $1.3616 per share. The price represents the volume weighted average price of shares traded over the 10 business days following and including the ex-date. Approximately 26% of shareholders, representing 25% of shares on issue, have elected to participate in the DRP.
