Serko Commences Quotation on ASX

Serko commences quotation on the ASX under the ticker 'SKO' Serko Limited (NZX/ASX:SKO) today announced that it has commenced trading on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) under the ticker SKO. Serko CEO, Darrin Grafton said, "Listing on the ASX has been a long-time ambition of ours, and represents a significant milestone in Serko's growth into an organisation with global scale. Being dual-listed will give us access to a larger pool of investors and analysts and build awareness of the company's performance and growth opportunities." From today Serko shareholders will be able to trade their shares on either the NZX or the ASX. In order to trade on either exchange, shares will need to be registered on the share register for that particular jurisdiction.
