At the Annual Shareholder Meeting for Investore Property Limited held at 10.30 am today, Gallery 3, the Pullman Hotel, Corner of Princes Street and Waterloo Quadrant, Auckland, all resolutions were decided by poll and details of the number of votes cast in person or by proxy are in the attached, with it noted that all resolutions were passed. In accordance with NZX Listing Rule 3.3.2 and NZX Listing Rule 3.3.3(a), the Board of Investore Property Limited determines that Directors Kate Healy and Grainne Troute (who stood for re-election and election respectively), are Independent Directors. The Board's criteria for determining independence is consistent with the requirements set out in the NZX Main Board Listing Rules.
