Seeka completes stage two of T&G Northland Acquisition

29 June 2018 Seeka completes stage two of T&G Northland Acquisition Seeka Limited [NZX:SEK] advises that it has completed stage two of the T&G Northland acquisition, involving the acquisition of certain kiwifruit orchards and related assets previously owned by Turners and Growers Horticulture Limited. T&G is currently progressing with the process for the subdivision of three remaining orchards to be acquired by Seeka under the transaction. The agreement provides that Seeka will purchase each remaining orchard as the subdivision for the relevant orchard has been completed - Seeka is leasing these orchards in the interim period.
