In the period from the last disclosure, as part of normal on-market trading activity under discretionary investment mandates, Harbour Asset Management Limited purchased 1,580,289 GTK shares for a gross consideration of $10,322,350 and sold 95,341 GTK shares for a gross consideration of $679,995. As a result, of these transactions, Harbour Asset Management Limited has, at the date of this notice, a relevant interest in 6,278,911 (6.793%) GTK shares. On 11 April 2018, First NZ Capital Securities Limited, disclosed an interest in 24,658 (0.029%) GTK ordinary shares. In the period from the last disclosure, as part of normal on-market trading First NZ Capital Securities Limited purchased 2,347,328 GTK for a gross consideration of $16,416,683 and sold 2,371,986 for a gross consideration of $16,616,230. As a result of these transactions, First NZ Capital Securities Limited has no relevant interest in GTK ordinary shares at the date of this notice.
