On 1 July 2017 Colonial First State Asset Management (Australia) Limited ("CFSAMAL") ceased to have a substantial holding in shares in The A2 Milk Company Limited. This notice that CFSAMAL ceased to have a substantial holding on 1 July 2017 means that the Substantial Product Notice it filed on 31 October 2017 would not have been required at the time. CFSAMAL's parent company Commonwealth Bank of Australia ("CBA") continues to have a substantial holding, which was most recently disclosed on 30 May 2018 at 7.341%. For completeness, this notice does not affect the overall level of the CBA Group's interest disclosed. However, CFSAMAL's interest noted should be 3.733% rather than 6.039% (as disclosed) and RealIndex Investments Pty Limited, another CBA subsidiary, interest should be 2.445% rather than 0.139% (as disclosed).
