17 August 2018 NZX ANNOUNCEMENT TOURISM HOLDINGS LIMITED (thl) CFO MEDICAL LEAVE thl wishes to advise that Mark Davis, thl's Chief Financial Officer, is currently on medical leave and isn't currently expected back at work until early to mid September 2018. In Mark's absence, his duties are being undertaken by the CEO (Grant Webster) and Group Financial Controller (Steven Hall), with assistance, as required, from internal and external resources. The Board has carefully considered the workloads on the various people involved, especially in the lead-up to year-end results, and believes that the level of expertise available and oversight of the financial function within thl during Mark's absence is appropriate.
