Mr Hickey has more than 30 years experience in the Medical Device industry, including holding senior executive roles for multinational companies such as Welch Allyn, a leading global manufacturer in frontline diagnostic and screening equipment. Currently the Managing Partner of CONX Partners, Con's particular skillset includes strategic planning, channel management, talent development and business and market development. His geographic expertise has been focused on the high growth countries of the Asian Pacific region, including China and India, with extensive global industry connections.
