AFC completes discussions with FMA

AFC Group Holdings Limited (AFC) had advised the market on 08 August 2017 that it had received a letter from the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) concerning its Audit opinion. AFC has had a number of interactions with the FMA since 2017. Moreover, AFC has received an email advising that FMA is satisfied with the remedies and improvements put in place and will not pursue the matters any further. FMA is also appreciated all the efforts AFC has demonstrated to ensure compliance with relevant financial reporting requirements.
