Investore Property Limited – FY19 First Quarter Dividend

Investore Property Limited (Investore) has today announced a cash dividend for the first quarter (1 April 2018 to 30 June 2018) of the financial year ending 31 March 2019 (FY19) of 1.8650 cents per share to be paid on 20 September 2018 to all shareholders on the register at the close of business on 13 September 2018 (i.e. the record date). This dividend will carry imputation credits of 0.4935 cents per share. A supplementary dividend of 0.2239 cents per share will be paid to non-resident shareholders. The Board confirms guidance for an annual cash dividend of 7.46 cents per share to shareholders for FY19.
