A Notice of Meeting with further details will be issued in due course. For the purposes of NZAX Listing Rule 3.2.2, CGF advises that the opening date for nominations for directors is today, Friday, 7 September 2018. The closing date for nominations for directors is 5pm, Friday, 21 September 2018. Nominations may only be made by a CGF shareholder.
