Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited (Precinct) (NZX: PCT) announced today that Davida Dunphy, General Counsel & Company Secretary, has resigned and will leave Precinct Properties at the end of her notice period. Davida, who joined Precinct in 2014, will join DLA Piper New Zealand as special counsel pending completion of the NZLS requirements to practice on her own account, following which she will be appointed a partner in the Auckland real estate practice group.
