Rubicon Annual Shareholders’ Meeting Results 2018

17 September 2018 - Rubicon announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual Shareholders' Meeting today. Resolutions included the re-election of Mr Knott; the election of Messrs Avery, Horton and Smart to the Board; and the issuance of shares to each of Messrs Avery, Horton and Smart. Over 99% of shares voted were in favour of the Directors' election, and over 97% were in favour of the issuance of shares to Directors.
