Consumption at Tiwai Point’s fourth potline to begin

Following our announcement on 1 May 2018 Meridian Energy has today been notified by NZAS that the conditions in the contract* have been satisfied i.e. the confirmations and exemptions required from the Electricity Authority, the Clearing Manager and Transpower have been received. Accordingly, Meridian expects NZAS's fourth potline to be energised shortly.
