T&G Global Limited Change of Chief Financial Officer

21 September 2018 Change of Chief Financial Officer T&G Global Ltd advises that its Chief Financial Officer, Wolfgang Loose, will leave the Company in November 2018, with the final date yet to be confirmed. Wolfgang joined T&G in February 2017, and has led the Finance team & been a member of the Executive Team during his time at T&G. T&G's CEO Gareth Edgecombe said "on behalf of the Board and the team at T&G we would like to thank Wolfgang for his contribution". The Company is pleased to announce that a replacement has been appointed, and Bastian von Streit will join as the new Chief Financial Officer on Monday 15 October 2018. Bastian is currently the Director of Finance and Accounting at Willy Bogner GmbH and Co. in Germany, which is a manufacturer and retailer of skiwear and sportswear. Prior to that he spent six years at BayWa Aktiengesellschaft in Munich as the Head of Group Accounting and before that at Deloitte as Audit Manager.
