Issue Price for Dividend Reinvestment Plan

TIL Logistics Group Limited (NZX:TLL) advises that the price at which shares will be issued under the TIL Logistics Dividend Reinvestment Plan for the dividend payable on 28 September 2018 has been set at NZ$1.61 per share. The price was calculated on the basis of the arithmetic average of the daily volume weighted average sale price (rounded to the nearest cent) of all TLL shares sold through the NZX Main Board (excluding special trades) over a period of five trading days commencing on 19th September 2018, less a discount of 3%.
